It sounds like the chrunchy noise from a leaf.

The scorching embers fill the fire with heat.

The wood is as black as coal from a big mine.

This term we have been learning about descriptive language.Here is an example of our work.

Elmo with his wavy red locks does a 360 down the ramp.He's wearing a black Element shirt,Quicksilver checker'd black and white shorts with green high tops.He rides sadly into class.He was 10 minutes late.His teacher Mr Lennox wasn't happy.Elmo's friends think he has great features.Black bushy eye brows,Blue eyes,Cute button nose and lushious lips.Ding-ding-ding lunch time!Elmo rides secretly in the non-skating area and nearly got his board confiscated.
